We aim to develop a database of conifer genomes, led by the Provart lab.

Work was initiated in 2019 on developing an “Ecosystem Viewer” module for the ePlant system, developed by the Provart Lab available at bar.utoronto.ca/eplant for Arabidopsis data and is expected to be complete at the end of the year, with the roll-out of a Spruce ePlant (Provart Lab) with an Ecosystem Viewer module, being developed in the Ensminger Lab.

Building on work in the Provart and Ensminger Labs we will develop a “GenoPheno” interface that integrates the “Ecosystem Viewer”
